Product Implementation

Once the decision to proceed has been made, implementation can begin.

Legal Integrated Solutions will take your existing data bases and enable a full matter management, billing and reporting system tailored to your specific requirements.

Implementation can be completed in as little as four weeks, dependent on the size of your practice and your ability to supply the required data in a suitable format and in a timely manner.

You will nominate at least one ‘Implementation Champion’ within your practice so that we have one person that we (and you) can channel all communications through.

Because WorkflowMax and Xero are ‘cloud’ based solutions, the vast majority (if not all) of the implementation can be completed remotely.

We will communicate with you by phone, email, Skype, Go-To-Meeting, Video Conferencing, Team Viewer or any other way you prefer.

All relevant documentation can be stored directly into your ‘Internal’ job in WorkflowMax so that it is always accessible to all for immediate reference.

At each stage of the implementation we will assess that expectations are being met or exceeded.

Once the implementation has been completed, and the associated work processes have been finalised and documented, relevant staff will be trained according to their specific requirements. – more detail here…
